Have Fun in Your Apartments in The Colony

  |     |   Apartments in The Colony

Are you more of an introvert who is looking for something fun to do without leaving your apartments in The Colony? If you have an open mind and a bit out downtime, there are quite a few things you can do to keep yourself occupied and entertained without spending lots of money.

Here are some creative tasks you can accomplish within the privacy of your apartments in The Colony:

· Put together a small corner for painting. Add an old blanket or towel on the floor so the carpet/hardwood doesn’t get messed up and prop up a canvass as you begin to let your paintbrush lead you. This activity could be even more fun with a little bit of music to get your juices flowing, like jazz.

· Encourage yourself to read a new book. Although you aren’t necessarily being actively creative here, you’re expanding your mind and learning new things that can put you in a prepared mindset for creative thinking.

· Write a little story to keep yourself entertained. Whether it be fiction or non-fiction, set up a timer and see how much you can get done in half an hour.

· Try yoga. Although some might not see this as a creative activity, it totally lends itself to you becoming a more creative person in general as you reconnect with your breath and try poses that test your flexibility, both mentally and physically.

What creative ideas will you try in your apartments this month?
